Kenneth A. Davis represents official and unofficial committees of unsecured creditors, debtors, secured creditors and liquidating trustees in complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.
Mr. Davis’ recent engagements include participating in the representation of the following—
- the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Calpine Corporation
- the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Delta Airlines
- the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Dan River
- the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Allegiance Telecom
- an informal committee of secured bondholders of NRG South Central Generating and NRG Northeast Generating
- the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of WorldCom
- the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of XO Communications.
Mr. Davis received his B.A. in 1992 from Hobart College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. in 1995 from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was an editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
Mr. Davis is a member of the New York, Connecticut and California bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Northern District of California.
