Karen Kroesche Gulde is primarily involved in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation, including patent infringement, trade secret, antitrust, breach of contract, fraud and class action matters.

Ms. Gulde earned her B.A. in journalism in 1988 from Texas A&M University and her J.D. cum laude in 1991 from the St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she was a member of the St. Mary’s Bar Journal, a teaching assistant for the legal research and writing course and a member of Phi Delta Phi.

Ms. Gulde is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice before the U.S. district courts for the Western and Eastern districts of Texas. She is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
