Kristen L. Henderson focuses on a variety of health care issues with a particular emphasis on health policy and regulatory matters affecting hospitals, academic medical centers, and pharmaceutical companies.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Ms. Henderson was a law clerk for Senator Max Baucus working primarily on environmental and health care issues.
Ms. Henderson received her J.D. cum laude in 2009 from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the American Criminal Law Review. She received her B.A. from Cornell University in 2005, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
