Kristen M. Howard focuses her practice on corporate restructuring matters, including representation of debtors, informal and official committees of creditors and individual creditors in large complex chapter 11 cases.
Ms. Howard received her B.A. magna cum laude from Howard University in Classics and Spanish in 2005. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2009, where she was a Dean's Scholar. Ms. Howard is a member of the Maryland Bar.
