Katherine P. Scully’s practice focuses on litigation. Ms. Scully has experience in a variety of areas, including first amendment law and bankruptcy litigation.
Ms. Scully graduated with distinction from Yale University in 2005 with a B.A. in History. She received her J.D. in 2010 from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone scholar.
Ms. Scully is second-author to a chapter on representing victims of human trafficking in the Lawyer’s Manual on Human Trafficking to be published by the New York State Court System.
Ms. Scully is a member of the New York Bar.
