Katie Spencer focuses her practice on corporate finance, securities and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Spencer’s recent experience includes representations in the telecommunications, oil and gas, and financial services sectors. Clients have included VimpelCom, LUKOIL and Apollo. Ms. Spencer also spent seven months in Abu Dhabi advising Mubadala on commercial law and other corporate matters.
Ms. Spencer received her B.A. in international relations in 2003 from Brown University and her J.D. in 2007 from Boston College Law School. She is a member of the New York Bar.
