Lewis J. Kweit provides advice relating to domestic and international tax issues concerning corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and individuals. He has experience in structuring joint ventures, tax-free reorganizations and the acquisition of loss corporations. He also has experience with financial products, bankruptcy reorganizations and general tax planning.
Mr. Kweit received his B.S. cum laude in accounting in 1992 from the University of Delaware, his J.D. in 1995 from the Emory University School of Law and his LL.M. in taxation in 1996 from the New York University School of Law. Mr. Kweit is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars.
