L’Shauntee J. Robertson’s practice covers a variety of civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Ms. Robertson was an associate at an international law firm in Boston, MA, concentrating on securities issues.
Ms. Robertson received her B.A. summa cum laude in mass media arts in 2001 from Morris Brown College, where she was student government association president. She earned her J.D. in 2005 from Washington and Lee School of Law, where she was selected as the “best oralist” in the Washington Lee Moot Court Competition. During law school, Ms. Robertson interned with the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office in Georgia, served as judicial clerk for the Honorable Jonathan Apgar of the Roanoke City Circuit Court in Virginia and was a student attorney with the Roanoke District Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Robertson is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and District of Columbia bars.
