Lindsay K. Zahradka focuses on financial restructuring matters, including representation of debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors and informal bondholder committees in large, complex chapter 11 cases and in out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Zahradka’s restructuring matters encompass many industries, including publishing, food services, media and telecommunications.
Ms. Zahradka’s recent representations include—
- TerreStar Networks Inc. and its affiliated debtors and debtors in possession
- the ad hoc committee of second lien noteholders of Eastman Kodak Company
- the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Friendly Ice Cream Corporation
- American Media, Inc. and its affiliated debtors and debtors in possession
- Green Hunt Wedlake as trustee to General Motors Nova Scotia Finance Company
- an informal secured lender group of iStar Financial.
Ms. Zahradka received her B.A. magna cum laude in cognitive science with a minor in French from Dartmouth College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Order of Omega Honor Society, as well as a Rufus Choate Scholar. She received her J.D. cum laude in 2010 from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and the recipient of the Legal Writing Award and an award for best-written brief at the Pepperdine School of Law Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Zahradka is a member of the New York State Bar.
