Melissa K. Arellano’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters.
Ms. Arellano is currently a member of the Los Angeles office’s diversity committee.
Ms. Arellano received her B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2003 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Pepperdine School of Law in 2008. In law school, she served as an articles editor of the Pepperdine Law Review.
