Michael S. Bailey's practice covers a variety of civil litigation matters, including complex litigation, defense of shareholder class actions and commercial litigation.
Mr. Bailey received his B.A. cum laude in public policy studies in 2000 from Duke University. He received his J.D. magna cum laude in 2007 from The Catholic University of America, where he was the co-founder and editor-in-chief of the
Journal of Law, Philosophy and Culture and the recipient of the 2007 Law School Alumni Society Award.
Mr. Bailey is admitted to the Maryland, Massachusetts and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
