Michael K. Cross focuses on commercial litigation. Mr. Cross has also represented clients in white collar criminal defense matters.
Mr. Cross received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2009 and his B.S. from Cornell University’s New York School of Industrial and Labor Relations in 2006. He served as the Senior Note Editor on the Cornell Law School Journal of Law and Public Policy. Mr. Cross served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William F. Downes, Chief Judge for the District of Wyoming.
Mr. Cross is admitted to practice in New York state and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
