Mark R. Curiel focuses his practice on the representation of employers in the areas of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour matters. Mr. Curiel regularly assists with the litigation and investigation of the issues that arise in these areas of law, particularly in the retail, restaurant and entertainment industries. His experience includes trial and counseling work as well as class actions.

Mr. Curiel received his B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California in 1998 and his J.D. in 2002 from the Boston University School of Law, where he was the articles editor of the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal. He is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California.
