Monica T. Duda focuses on commercial litigation matters. Ms. Duda’s experience includes representing clients in securities, antitrust, class action and environmental litigation.
Ms. Duda received her B.A. magna cum laude in economics and German in 1999 from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. in 2004 from the UCLA School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Duda was a supply chain consultant specializing in procurement for clients in the manufacturing and the transportation and logistics sectors.
Ms. Duda is a member of the New York and California bars and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Central District of California.
