Michael C. Elrod is the partner in charge of the firm's San Antonio office. Mr. Elrod has practiced real estate and banking law in San Antonio since 1980. His practice includes general representation of real estate clients, property sales and acquisitions, lease negotiations for both landlords and tenants, loan document preparation, water rights, defeasances, foreclosures and other real estate transactions.
Mr. Elrod received his B.A. with highest honors in 1977 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. in 1980 from the University of Texas. He is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association.
