Meng Ru’s practice focuses on private equity-related corporate finance transactions, principally in connection with leveraged buyouts.
Ms. Ru received her LL.B. from Fudan University in 2000 and her LL.M. from the University of Virginia in 2004. She is a member of the New York Bar.
