Monica I. Sapone’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters. Ms. Sapone has assisted clients in a wide variety of U.S. and international corporate transactions, including public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private equity investments, restructurings and securities transactions. Ms. Sapone also advises companies on general corporate governance matters as well as compliance with the federal securities laws.
Ms. Sapone received her B.S. magna cum laude in 1996 from St. John’s University and her J.D. in 1999 from Fordham University School of Law.
She is a member of the New York State Bar.
