Marian Shin practices in the area of corporate and securities law, focusing on private investment funds. Ms. Shin regularly assists clients with matters involving the formation and ongoing operation of onshore and offshore hedge funds and private equity funds. She also represents institutional investors in connection with investments in private equity and hedge funds, and investors and investment managers in connection with seed capital transactions and joint venture arrangements.
Ms. Shin received her B.A. from Yale University in 1999 and her J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School in 2003.
