Nicholas C. Adams focuses on commercial litigation and has represented clients in major bankruptcy adversary proceedings, class action and antitrust matters.
Mr. Adams has provided pro bono representation to clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals and criminal habeas proceedings in the Southern District.
Mr. Adams received his J.D. in 2009 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a senior editor on the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology. He also served on the University Board of Elections and as a Big Siblings community mentor. Mr. Adams received his B.A. magna cum laude in 2006 from Bowdoin College.
Mr. Adams is admitted to practice in New York state and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
