Nancy Chung focuses on complex commercial, white collar criminal defense, securities and bankruptcy litigation for multinational corporations, financial institutions, hedge funds and individual professionals. She has handled high-profile complex multidistrict litigation, government investigations and arbitrations involving technology, securities and accounting fraud matters.
Ms. Chung received her B.A. with honors in political science and English from Vassar College in 1991 and her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1995. Ms. Chung was a Fulbright Scholar in Seoul, Korea, from 1991 to 1992. During law school, she was a summer law clerk at the Department of Justice, Office of the Special Counsel for Immigration Related Unfair Employment Practices, a department presently within the Civil Rights Division.
Ms. Chung is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars.
