Nidal Daraiseh’s practice focuses on core corporate transactions dealing with acquisitions, disposals, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, insolvency and general corporate advisory work across a number of sectors and jurisdictions. In addition, Mr. Daraiseh advises on various international commercial issues such as franchising, agency, distribution, competition and other commercial transactions.
Mr. Daraiseh grew up in Jordan and the United States and is fully bilingual in Arabic and English. He completed his bachelor’s degree in English language and literature from Mu’tah University in Jordan before returning to the United States for graduate school and later obtaining a J.D. from Temple University Law School in Philadelphia. Mr. Daraiseh is a member of the New York Bar.
