Neil DuChez practices intellectual property litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on patent litigation.
Mr. DuChez has represented clients from a diverse range of technological areas and industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, computer software and electromechanical systems.
While in law school, Mr. DuChez worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Samuel Der-Yeghiayan of the Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. DuChez received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2008, where he served as executive articles editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. He received his M.S. in chemistry from Case Western Reserve University in 2005 and his B.S. in chemistry from the University of Dayton in 2003.
Mr. DuChez is a member of the New York and District of Columbia bars and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
