Natasha S. Fedder’s practice covers a variety of labor and employment matters, including issues arising under the National Labor Relations Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act. Ms. Fedder has worked on wage and hour class actions and employee grievances.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Ms. Fedder interned with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the National Labor Relations Board and the University of Pennsylvania Office of the General Counsel. In these capacities, she gained experience with handling employee unfair labor practice charges and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission charges.
Ms. Fedder completed her education at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a J.D., an M.S.Ed. in Education Policy, and a B.A. in English, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. At Penn Law, she was a chair of the Penn Law Women’s Association and a member of the Journal of Constitutional Law and the Mediation Clinic.
Ms. Fedder is a member of the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania Bars.
