Natalie E. Levine focuses on corporate restructurings, with an emphasis on official and informal committees in complex chapter 11 cases. Ms. Levine represents bondholders, noteholders, institutional investors, hedge funds, debtors and other interested parties. Her restructuring matters encompass a variety of industries, including homebuilding, residential development, energy and food processing. Ms. Levine’s recent representations include—

Ms. Levine received her B.A. summa cum laude in history in 2004 from Washington University in St. Louis and her J.D. in 2007 from Columbia Law School, where she was a Stone Scholar.
Ms. Levine is a member of the District of Columbia and New York bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
In 2007, Ms. Levine was named the Akin Gump New York Pro Bono Associate of the Year.
