Nyron J. Persaud’s practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits law. Mr. Persaud advises clients on the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy proceedings and initial public offerings, as well as on the design of executive employment, change in control, severance, retention, non-qualified deferred compensation and equity incentive arrangements.
Mr. Persaud is currently a member of the New York office’s associates and diversity committees.
Mr. Persaud received his B.S. in industrial and labor relations in 2004 from Cornell University and his J.D. in 2007 from the University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar.
