Mr. Jessee received his J.D. with high honors in 2009 from the George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of The George Washington Law Review, and his B.A. with an honors degree from Purdue University in 2006.
Mr. Jessee is a member of the District of Columbia and Massachusetts bars.
