Paul G. Scolese represents clients before Congress and the administration focusing on energy, telecommunications, technology, solid waste management, health care and congressional investigations.
From 1998 through 2000 Mr. Scolese served as a professional staff member on the majority staff of the House Committee on Commerce, where he was responsible for planning and implementing the Committee's initiative on Internet and electronic commerce policy. From 1990 to 1997 Mr. Scolese served on the staff of Rep. Bill Paxon (R-NY), most recently as legislative director and administrative assistant.
Mr. Scolese received his B.A. with honors in history and German from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1989 and his A.M. in history from Brown University in 1990.
Mr. Scolese serves as an officer of the John Carroll Society of Washington, D.C.
