Robert J. Boller's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense matters.

Mr. Boller has represented clients involved in disputes covering a wide range of topics, including real estate, securities, employment, creditors' rights, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and general contract claims. He has also advised individuals and organizations involved in investigations conducted by various government agencies and authorities, including the Department of Justice, various United States Attorney's Offices, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Customs and Immigration Service, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the New York Stock Exchange, and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Additionally, Mr. Boller has conducted internal investigations on behalf of the boards of directors of several companies. His clients have come from diverse business sectors, including financial services (asset managers, broker-dealers, hedge funds, private equity and insurance companies), technology, real estate, business services and specialty health care management.

In 2007, Mr. Boller received an award from the Legal Aid Society of New York for Outstanding Pro Bono Representation.

Mr. Boller received his B.A. in 1999 from Fordham University and his J.D. in 2005 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was articles editor of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. Mr. Boller represented the University of Virginia at the 2005 National Trial Competition, for which he was awarded the Lewis F. Powell Medal for Excellence in Advocacy by the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Boller is a member of the New York Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also a member of the Federal Bar Council, the New York City Bar Association and the New York County Lawyer's Association.
