Russell J. Collins’ practice focuses on managing the electronic discovery process of complex commercial litigation matters as well as Securities Exchange Commission and Department of Justice investigations. Mr. Collins’ experience in this area serves to identify key issues, relationships and documentary evidence.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Mr. Collins was a contract attorney for three years and assisted various firms with electronic document review projects in New York and Connecticut.
Mr. Collins received his B.S. in 1993 from Mary Washington College and his J.D. cum laude in 1998 from the University of Houston Law Center. He is a member of the New York, Connecticut and Texas (inactive) Bars.
