Renuka Drummond represents clients in a variety of domestic and international corporate transactions, including asset acquisitions and dispositions, merger transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and private equity transactions.
Ms. Drummond is currently a member of the New York office’s diversity committee.
Ms. Drummond received her B.A. cum laude in 2000 from Wellesley College and her J.D. in 2005 from the Fordham University School of Law. Ms. Drummond was the senior articles editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
