Rachel Hass focuses her practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on investment funds and private equity.
Ms. Hass received her B.A. magna cum laude in political science and social sciences with an emphasis in economics from the University of Southern California. She received her J.D. cum laude from Southern Methodist University, where she was an associate managing editor of the SMU Law Review and a member of Phi Delta Phi.
Ms. Hass is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
