Randall K. Howard practices corporate, business and real estate law. Mr. Howard has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services areas of commercial real estate and mortgage transactions and consumer financial services, including acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings, developments, commercial leasing, retail merchant and private-label credit representation, and venture capital transactions.

Mr. Howard is a frequent lecturer on lender liability, financial restructuring, foreclosures, loan participations, leasing and other commercial lending topics for the Texas Mortgage Lending Institute, the State Bar of Texas Advanced Real Estate Law Course and the Houston Bar Association. He serves as general corporate counsel to several clients in various industries.

A native of Corsicana, Texas, Mr. Howard received his B.B.A. in 1965 from Texas Christian University and his J.D. in 1971 from the University of Texas, where he was managing editor of the Texas International Law Journal and a member of Phi Delta Phi honorary fraternity. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1971. Mr. Howard is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the Texas College of Real Estate Attorneys, the Houston Real Estate Lawyers Council and the Texas Association of Bank Counsel.
