Ryan M. Katz represents clients in a variety of domestic and international corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and hedge fund investments, venture capital and other private financings, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and corporate restructurings. Mr. Katz also advises on corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Mr. Katz received his B.A. in 1998 from the University of Michigan and his J.D. with honors in 2001 from the Emory University School of Law. He is a member of the New York Bar, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
