Rachel Presa’s practice focuses on litigation. Ms. Presa has experience in a variety of areas, including complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal investigations.
Ms. Presa received her J.D. in 2010 from New York University School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the Journal of International Law and Politics. She received her B.A. in 2001 in English from Goucher College.
Ms. Presa is a member of the New York State Bar.
