Roman V. Troitsky focuses his practice on banking and derivatives. Mr. Troitsky assists clients in negotiating secured and unsecured commercial loans, letters of credit facilities, acquisition financings and other types of financing transactions. He is experienced in negotiating complex financial derivative transactions on behalf of hedge fund clients and banking institutions, including equity and credit derivatives. In addition, he has negotiated other structured financial derivative products as well as all aspects of ISDA negotiations. Mr. Troitsky also advises clients on a variety of corporate matters.
Mr. Troitsky received his B.A. with honors in economics in 1996 from Earlham College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. in 1999 from New York University, where he was a member of the editorial board of the Journal of International Law and Politics. He is a member of the New York Bar.
