Sarah Bender’s practice focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and securities transactions.
Ms. Bender received her B.A. cum laude in 2004 from Wellesley College and her J.D. in 2009 from the University of Virginia School of Law.
She is a member of the New York State Bar.
