Steven Bleiberg focuses on corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, public and private securities offerings, and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Akin Gump in 2011, Mr. Bleiberg was an associate in the capital markets group of another international law firm.
Mr. Bleiberg received a J.D./M.B.A. in 2008 from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He received his B.A. cum laude in 2004 from Tufts University. Mr. Bleiberg is a member of the New York State Bar.
