Sara L. Brauner focuses on corporate restructurings, with an emphasis on creditors’ committees in large, complex chapter 11 cases. Ms. Brauner represents bondholders, noteholders, institutional investors, hedge funds and other interested parties. Her recent committee representations include—

- the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Nortel Networks Inc., et al.
Ms. Brauner received her B.A. magna cum laude in psychology with a minor in philosophy from Tufts University in 2005 and her J.D. with honors from the George Washington University Law School in 2010.
Ms. Brauner is a member of the New York Bar.
