Shinah Chang’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities.
Ms. Chang received her B.A. cum laude in 2003 from Harvard University and her J.D. in 2008 from the New York University School of Law, where she was a McKay Scholar and a staff editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. Ms. Chang is a member of the California and New York bars.
