Stephanie Stafford Cleveland focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. Ms. Cleveland represents clients on a wide variety of issues, including employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation; covenants-not-to-compete; confidentiality nondisclosure agreements; whistleblower claims; wage and hour disputes; workplace torts, such as negligence, defamation and invasion of privacy; and other workplace-related issues. She also advises businesses on a wide range of employment matters, including policies, training, discipline, termination, internal investigation and compliance with federal and state law.
Ms. Cleveland received her B.S. in 1993, her MA in 1995 from Southern Nazarene University, and her J.D. cum laude in 1999 from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the International Lawyer Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section). She is admitted to practice before all Texas courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
