Susan Dean’s practice focuses on the financing and development of power and infrastructure projects across the spectrum of traditional and renewable sources of energy.
Ms. Dean has represented domestic and international clients in the energy sector, including Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds, lenders, utilities, investors, sponsors and developers in the United States and internationally, with a focus on emerging markets.
Ms. Dean received her B.A. from The George Washington University, The Elliott School of International Affairs in 1997 and her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law cum laude in 2003. She is a member of the Texas and District of Columbia bars.
