Sarah Duddy’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters.
Ms. Duddy received her B.A. summa cum laude in 2006 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majored in political science and history and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the UNC Honors Program. She received her J.D. in 2009 from the University of Virginia School of Law where she served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law.
Ms. Duddy is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
