Stacey Eisenstein represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.  She has defended clients in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies including the National Labor Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  Ms. Eisenstein also represents large employers in union representation matters and arbitrations, and regularly counsels employers on compliance with a broad range of labor and employment statutes and regulations.  Her clients include employers in the retail, technology and professional sports industries.

Ms. Eisenstein received her B.A. from Emory University in 1995.  She received her J.D. in 2000 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a winner of the Edwin R. Keedy Moot Court Competition.  She is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland bars.

Ms. Eisenstein is the co-author of "Emerging Technology in the Workplace," 21 Labor Lawyer 1 (2005).
