Sara E. Robinson’s practice covers a variety of labor and employment matters. Ms. Robinson counsels clients on matters arising under labor and employment statutes, including the National Labor Relations Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act. She has also worked on single plaintiff and class action wage and hour cases.
Prior to joining Akin Gump, Ms. Robinson worked on science policy issues for the American Psychological Association in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Robinson received her B.A. in political science and psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2003. She earned her J.D. in 2009 from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was executive editor of the Journal of Law and Politics.
