Sharon M. Mousserie’s practice focuses on private investment funds and their managers. Ms. Mousserie advises various managers on the formation and ongoing business of a variety of pooled investment vehicles, including hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, offshore funds and joint ventures. She also regularly advises investment advisers regarding compliance matters and other regulatory issues.
Ms. Mousserie received her B.A. in 1995 from New York University and her J.D. cum laude in 1999 from Brooklyn Law School, where she was the business manager of the Brooklyn Law Review.
Ms. Mousserie is a member of the New York Bar and the New Jersey Bar (inactive). She is proficient in Hebrew.
