- represented cutting-edge fuel cell developer in the deployment of a portfolio of fuel cell systems, which included both equity and debt components
- represented sponsor in the $1.2 billion financing of an approximately 600 MW wind energy project in California, which included a Rule 144A bond offering, a bank cash grant bridge facility and a forward commitment for a sale-leaseback
- represented sponsor in the $2 billion financing of the largest wind project in Oregon, which included an equity bridge facility, Rule 4(2) bond offering, bank financing and a federal loan guaranty
- represented developer in the $100 million syndicated financing of a wind farm in Kansas, which included both equity and debt components
- represented developer in purchasing membership interests in a project company with approximately 100 MW of wind energy assets
- represented developer and turbine manufacturer in the sale of a 70 MW wind energy project in Maryland and the related turbine supply
- represented numerous developers in the acquisition of land rights in connection with the development of wind energy and solar projects

Mr. Byrne received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002 and his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2009.
