Tim Del Castillo focuses his practice on labor and employment matters.
Mr. Del Castillo received his J.D. magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2010. During law school, he served as lead articles editor for the Pepperdine Law Review and as a teaching assistant for the legal research and writing course. He also worked during law school as an extern for Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. In 2001, he received his B.A. in philosophy and theology summa cum laude from Franciscan University.
Before joining Akin Gump, Mr. Del Castillo served as a law clerk to Judge William H. Pryor Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
Mr. Del Castillo is a member of the California bar.
