Terry Enright represents clients in a variety of domestic and international corporate transactions, including stock and asset sales, mergers, joint ventures, restructurings, public and private equity transactions and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Akin Gump in 2010, Mr. Enright was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group of another international law firm.
Mr. Enright received his B.S. in industrial and labor relations in 2002 from Cornell University and his J.D. with honors in 2006 from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.
