Ackneil M. (Trey) Muldrow III has extensive experience representing U.S. and non-U.S. companies in connection with structuring and implementing equity and debt offerings, asset acquisitions and dispositions, merger transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Mr. Muldrow also has provided counsel to public companies in connection with the preparation of periodic reports and proxy statements, compliance with SEC and stock market regulations, and general corporate governance matters.
Mr. Muldrow has actively participated in transactions involving companies from a variety of industries, including media and entertainment, telecommunications, Internet services, transportation and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Muldrow received his A.B. in 1992 from Princeton University (Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs) and his J.D. in 1995 from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
Mr. Muldrow is a member of the board of directors of The Door, a New York-based nonprofit.
