Tony Salandra's experience as a real estate lawyer includes acquisition, disposition, exchange, financing and refinancing of commercial, residential, retail, industrial and hotel properties and distressed real estate, loans, and mortgage pools. Mr. Salandra also handles the structuring and restructuring of the real estate holdings of legal entities and their constituents, including real estate loan workouts, asset transactions and foreclosures, in and out of bankruptcy. He has also spent a substantial part of his career as a tax lawyer representing individuals and other legal entities on federal, state and local tax matters involving income, franchise, sales, property insurance and business taxes.

Mr. Salandra received his A.B. in psychology in 1977 from Muhlenberg College, where he was on the dean's list. He received his J.D. cum laude in 1980 from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was the salutatorian and an articles editor of the Pepperdine University Law Review. He received his LL.M. in taxation from the New York University School of Law in 1982.

Mr. Salandra is a member of the State Bars of California and New Jersey and the American Bar Association.
